Chef Eric Lamphere, the host of our signature demonstrations, began his career at the Culinary Institute of America, later running a successful restaurant with an extensive cheese program in Maryland before returning home to the Finger Lakes, where his passion for cooking and teaching began. In each session at Aurora Cooks, Chef Eric will guide you through one of his recipes—yours to take home—and share the tips and tricks he’s learned through years spent in the kitchen.
