Business travel hack: pack running shoes.. �♂️
Countering jet lag symptoms by running is a super simple and natural way to re-balance body and mind. (Speaking from experience – Singapore last week, Holland, yesterday and CPH Friday). The by-products aren’t too bad either – better local knowledge, mindfulness, focus, energy and improved cognition.�♂️
Distances are really very relative to the runner so ignore my distances and think of your own. Short runs can re-energize and create a state of ‘wiredness’ that I kinda enjoy and find effective in business, both as a headhunter and as a leader. This ‘alert zone’ has a target range 5-12K. If my aim is the ‘tired zone’ then I gun for 20K+.
