I love helping people to clear the smoking addiction. I was a chain smoker for many decades. I found it incredibly hard to stop and so I set out to find the best techniques and deliver them in one package.
It’s actually quite simple when you know how. All I ask is that you have a positive frame of mind, focus on a healthy new you and (this is the clever bit) at odd moments pretend you haven’t smoked for a long time; at least over a year. It tricks the mind into thinking like a non smoker. Instead of having that sense of loss as in ‘giving something up’ you gain a new perspective one of freedom, confidence and good health.
