Hiya here is 7 of 7 – I made it to the 7th day and back home after tiling that extension.
I would honestly keep continually doing that practice, i.e., ask myself that question.
The 4 things I want to change, and also before I go to bed, be in gratitude.
Because I found that it’s really helped me in being positive and really noticing what I’m noticing my self-talk and that is important.
You find yourself at work, or you find yourself at your destination, and then you go; ‘how did I get here?’ that often happens.
When you’re in that frame, you often find yourself that your mind starts to wander and that’s when your thought patterns begin to go, and it could be a smell a sign a color or a song. Something that means something to you and then all of a sudden, bang!
Fear might kick in.
Because if we want to be somebody different, we want to see ourselves and be somebody living the lives we would absolutely love to live.
We’re not the same person, I’m not the same person I was when I started this 7day journey, I’m not the same person as I was this morning. And you’re not the same person you was this morning or that same person you were last week.
Our circumstances are always forever changing forever, moving. So, really to summarize then I found it very helpful in doing the practice.
I found that my thought process changed. I’m noticing more what I’m noticing. I woke up with more energy, more in control. Less overwhelmed because I was calmer.
And I would recommend this process to you.
