What do you do when you find your mind is disturbed or anxious? Do you have some tools that you draw on? In this talk Sri Prahlada explains practical tips for minding the mind, based on teachings by Sukadeva Goswami. In these instructions there are many practical and pertinent instructions that we can draw from at different levels. From Sukadeva G’s instructions Sri Prahlada identifies four areas that you can control to to help make you mind peaceful and steady:
1. Your environment
2. Your breath
3. Your vocalisations
4. Your gaze

This talk is given by Sri Prahlada as part of the “Life Lessons from the Srimad Bhagavatam” series. Twice per week, on Mondays and Thursdays at 8 am London Time, Sri Prahlada systematically discuss a section of Srimad Bhagavatam, also known as Bhagavata Purana, to draw lessons from everyday life.
