Armand ‘(Toek) Hagedoorn, physiatrist (rehab & phys med) and founder of the Mendel Foundation has seen a lot of people who were suffering while getting old. But at the same time, he has seen many aging with utter grace. This sparked a keen interest in how to “Age like a Champion”.
Hagedoorn sees it as his personal mission to share his knowledge, experience and wisdom with people, so that everybody who goes into their third age, can take advantage of those tools, tips and tricks and it eventually may lead to a lifestyle.
